Russell Bates
Russell is our Depot Manager, joined MAP in 2000 and is responsible for the smooth running of our fleet of 36 operated Johnston Road Sweepers and management of 42 support staff. Like many MAP personnel he has detailed operational knowledge of the equipment that we hire having joined MAP as a fitter from Charles Plant (Go Plant) where he worked for 9 years. During this time he became a qualified diesel fitter and passed NVQ levels 1, 2 and 3 Motor Mechanics
